Webb15 juni 2024 · There are many times when I'll get done typing a long document (5-10 minutes) and when I come back to Teams, it will show that I was in "idle" status. It will show idle if I am on the phone giving support, helping someone else in the office, etc. So, if you absolutely *have* to track "productivity", Teams is not going to be your best route.
