Try this - turn your PC off, unplug the "unwanted" monitor from your GPU in the back, start your PC again and try getting into BIOS only using the primary screen - it should assign a new port for BIOS and keep it this way. After that, just plug in your secondary again and Bob's your uncle. 1.
